Charles River: 研究用生物樣本的微生物汙染PCR篩檢報告 (2011-2022)/Charles River: PCR Screening Report on Microbial Contamination of Research Biological Materials

電腦預測方法是現代毒理學中重要的非動物替代策略之一。除了傳統的QSAR模型以化學結構為基礎進行毒性預測外，交叉比對（Readacross）方法則透過相似物質的已知毒性資訊，推估目標物質的潛在毒性，提供更具生物學與機制關聯性的證據，特別適用於資料缺乏或複雜毒性終點的風險評估。

OECD已於其QSAR Toolbox中納入多種Read-Across工具與模組，並持續推動其在化學品管理與法規決策中的應用。近年來，美國EPA開發的GenRA（Generalized Read-Across）平台，進一步提升了交叉比對的系統性與再現性，並支援高通量資料的整合與分析。

為促進交叉比對方法的理解與實務應用，本次工作坊將分享以下內容：

– Read-Across方法的理論基礎與應用場景

– GenRA平台介紹與實際案例操作演練

– OECD QSAR Toolbox中Read-Across模組的功能與使用流程

– 如何結合結構相似性、生物活性與毒理資料進行科學化推論

誠摯邀請參與開發或評估非動物性替代方法的產官學研各界人員前來參與，共同交流心得經驗與激發思考，以推動非動物性新穎替代方法的發展。
